Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched from the boat within 1-2 working days from ordering and receipt of payment, and are shipped using either a courier company or for smaller parcels through first class post, thus ensuring a fast and reliable deliver to your door. As part of our eco-policy we do strive to re-use packaging whenever possible.

UK shipments

At this stage the website is only set-up for deliveries to the UK and the Isle of Man postcodes. Please e-mail me directly for a quote if you’d like to make an order from elsewhere. (We have recently shipped orders to both Spain and France)


Well we shouldn’t but we do … only charge £4.00 for delivery, with all orders over £60.00 being freight free.

Order three or more greeting cards and we’ll deliver them to you postage free.

  • We try as much as possible to use the same courier companies however as we are on the move most of the time we must use whichever courier company is handiest to the boat.
  • We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days, though at busy times there may be a delay of an additional day or two …  Should this be the case we will notify you by email.

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will advise you, and …
a)  We will deduct the goods from your order and refund you for it.
b)  We will inform you if we have a similar item which could replace it.
c)  We can delay the shipment of your order until it is in stock; OR
d)  We can ship any out of stock items at a later date, freight free.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Special care is taken with packaging to protect your parcel and any fragile objects. As part of our environmentally friendly outlook we try to use recycled packaging wherever possible.

In the unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods noting which items they are. If you could please photograph the damage to the product(s) and packaging this would help us with any followup claim. We will then arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and will replace at our cost.

If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item, please contact us and we will arrange for our carriers to collect the incorrect item. We can then dispatch the correct item at no extra charge to you.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We’ll do what we can to group two distinct orders placed separately to avoid double shipping fees, but you will need to contact us directly to let us know.
