Understanding Turbo Yeasts

What is yeast?

Yeast is a single cell living organism which multiplies vigorously in the presence of oxygen and then after all of the oxygen is used up will convert sugar into alcohol, fermentation is of course simply the process by which yeast converts sugar into ethyl alcohol and carbon dioxide.

Choosing the Right Yeast

Turbo yeasts ferment sucrose (standard household sugar) or dextrose (brewing sugar) into an alcoholic ‘wash’ from which to distill.

There are four Turbo Yeasts to choose from, and each one is especially formulated to work excellently in specific situations – be it the climate conditions, the quantity you want to make or your desired alcohol quality. Each Turbo Yeast contains a mix of yeast and nutrients designed to make 25 L of ‘wash’ and produce an alcohol that is extremely low in undesirable by-products.

Pure Turbo Yeast
For Smooth Results

Pure Turbo should be used where ultimate alcohol quality is of primary importance. Only use where cool air temperature (around 18°C) can be maintained. This is a revolutionary breakthrough in Turbo Yeast development making it possible to produce “triple distilled” quality alcohol in the home. It is essential to use Turbo Carbon and Turbo Clear with the Pure Turbo Yeast.

Express Turbo Yeast
